Provide the commodity, package count, packed dimensions, gross weight, origin and destination addresses and target shipment dates. Include supplier and consignee contacts who can answer operational questions. If only part of an order is ready, identify those pieces separately so the plan reflects the cargo available for dispatch.
Share the Incoterms rule agreed in the sales contract, its named place and the applicable version. Incoterms help allocate delivery-related responsibilities, costs and risk between seller and buyer. They do not replace the sales contract or settle every issue, such as payment terms or ownership. The freight scope should be checked against the actual agreement.
Commodity restrictions, permits, special packing or temperature requirements need early disclosure and appropriate specialist review. The importer or exporter and appointed broker should confirm applicable requirements. Freight coordination alone does not establish that a product is eligible for import or export.
