Customers can approach Carglocal with cargo origins and destinations worldwide. We assess the shipment, seek suitable rates from shipping lines, airlines, freight agents and logistics providers, and provide a quotation. Once the quotation and commercial terms are accepted, we coordinate the agreed movement with the relevant parties.

The location of our headquarters does not require cargo to pass through Chennai or India. We review Indian imports and exports alongside cross-trade enquiries between overseas locations. Each arrangement depends on the actual cargo, carrier acceptance, route and provider availability, with clear communication around documents, timing and handovers.
